The launch waitlist requires your email address and the service you want to hear about.

You may also provide your name, investor type and approximate equity-capital range. Those fields are optional.

A dataset purchase requires your name, email address and phone number. We also record the selected product, price, order reference, payment identifiers, payment status, legal versions accepted, download activity and fulfilment details.

Please do not provide passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information.

• To send the relevant launch update when that service can open.
• To understand which services are relevant to different readers.
• To protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• To create and verify dataset orders, personalise purchased files, provide download access, recover an order and resolve support or refund requests.

Your information will not be sold.

The website, waitlist database and abuse-prevention check use Cloudflare services, including Pages, D1 and Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical request data under its own privacy terms.

Purchased workbook templates and personalised delivery files are stored privately using Cloudflare R2.

Razorpay processes checkout and payment credentials under its own privacy terms. Aadhvi Capital receives payment and order identifiers, amount, currency and payment status, but does not receive the buyer's card or UPI credentials.

Email delivery may involve Aadhvi Capital's email service provider.

Waitlist information is retained until the relevant launch communication is complete, you ask for deletion, or continued retention is reasonably required for legal or business records.

Purchase, payment, licence and fulfilment records are retained as reasonably required for customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Download access may expire before the underlying transaction record is deleted.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information under our control. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop non-essential communication.
