Aadhvi Capital publishes general investment research and educational material about companies, sectors and themes. The website is intended to support further research; it is not a substitute for independent judgement or advice suited to an individual's circumstances.

The separate Research disclosures form part of these terms.

A purchased workbook is licensed to the named buyer for personal, non-commercial research. The buyer may keep and analyse the downloaded file.

The buyer may not share or resell the workbook, publish a substantial part of it, remove its licence or trace information, build a competing database from it, or make it available to another person without written permission.

Public material may be read and linked to for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Each edition is a separate one-time purchase. The checkout page states the version, price, company count and field count before payment.

After confirmed payment, the purchased workbook is made available through a private order page. Standard access lasts seven days and permits three successful downloads. The buyer should save a local copy during that period.

Future editions, later company disclosures and continuing updates are not included unless the purchase page states otherwise.

Research may contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated. Content may be corrected, updated, withdrawn or made unavailable without notice. Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed.

You remain responsible for verifying information and making your own investment decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Aadhvi Capital is not responsible for a loss arising from reliance on website material, market movements, service interruption or third-party content.

Links to company filings, regulators, publications or other websites are provided for convenience and sourcing. Aadhvi Capital does not control those websites or accept responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The separate Refund policy explains when a digital-file purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement.
